I Thought Craddock Was Going To Bring Zeek Rewards to National Attention
Posted by ASDUpdates on March 2nd, 2013
After listening to many of Craddock’s conference calls and hearing how everyone was going to take to the streets, we have this. Craddock was going to gather a TV news crew and make sure that everyone can know Zeek Rewards was unjustly shut down by the SEC for allegedly selling securities. He talked of national attention and righting a wrong by increasing public pressure on the SEC and other agencies looking into the Zeek penny auction/investment scheme. They mention early on that “The government called it a Ponzi scheme and shut it down, yet no one has been charged.” In the ASD case, it took 2 years before Criminal charges were filed; we still have lots of time.
But it turns out that neither Craddock or Disner were quite up to the challenge after all the rhetoric, banter and plain old fashioned BS. This is from an online report by WRAL (with a video), the apparent TV news crew that Craddock spoke of and here is a snippet from the report:
WRAL News interviewed Robert Craddock and Todd Disner about Zeek Rewards. The government believes Craddock has information on the company, and Disner is a well-known businessman who is also the original founder of Quiznos.
“I was what we call an affiliate or a representative of the company. My purpose was to sell bids to the auction, so people could play the auction and build a team that would do that and help push and market traffic to the site,” Disner said.
After the interview, Disner and Craddock said they didn’t want to speak publicly on the advice of attorneys.
Wow, that sure got me thinking!! Why didn’t Craddock’s lawyers tell him to be quiet sooner? He has said many things that, like Andy Bowdoin of ASD, will return to bite him on the buttocks. In the case of KS Change, Craddock was acting like he represented Zeek Rewards in a copyright protection capacity. Lately, after someone tried to solicit him into another scheme, he seems to speak for OfferHubb in a similar “corporate” capacity.
After all the build up, buffoonery and pedestrian pontification, we have nothing actually accomplished; that perfectly describes Zteambiz and Fun Club USA. So far, I do not see the Zeek/SEC case being overturned, do you?
Man, that reporter must have wondered why they wasted his time.
“I am Robert Craddock and my attorney told me not to say anything about Zeekler. Thanks for coming, and by the way would you like to hear a little about Offer Hub.
